Wolfpack Elite Sprint Camp Info

DECEMBER 16-17, 2017

Join NC State coaches, swimmers, and Pro Post Grads for a weekend of all things SPRINT on the campus of North Carolina State University.  We’ll help you improve on starts, turns, flexibility, strength, power, and race strategies all while having FUN!  Come sprint with the WOLFPACK for a weekend to swim SMARTER and FASTER in all 5 strokes (YES! includes an underwater kick session)!  *Coach option also available.



Saturday, December 16

12:00-1:00pm – Check-In

1:00-1:45pm – Coach intros, drill introductions and demos, station reviews

1:45-4:45pm – Stations (with drills, dryland, flexibility, starts/turns, underwater kicking)

5:00pm – Camper pick up


Sunday, December 17

8:30-9:00am – Check-In

9:00-11:00am – Incorporate drills and speed training concepts into a workout

11:00-12:00 – Lunch

12:00-2:00pm – Chalk Talk (videos, college talk, information sessions)

2:00-3:00 – Dryland and snack break

3:00-4:30 – Power Training with tools (freestyle + best stroke)

5:00 – Camp Check-Out


All coaches will receive a packet to take home to include sample workouts and sprint training concepts.  Saturday and Sunday sessions will consist of a mix of on deck and classroom learning opportunities to review packets and ask questions.  Part of this will be a Q&A with Head Coach Braden Holloway in a classroom setting.  Coaches will also have an opportunity to engage with other coaches in a social setting on Saturday evening.


The camp is open to any and all entrants ages 13 and older as well as coaches.

Swimmers and coaches will need to arrange their own accommodation. Click here for hotel options and discounted rates.  Aloft, Doubletree by Hilton Raleigh Brownstone, and The STATE VIEW are all within walking distance of the pool.

Participants will receive a string bag, T-Shirt, and latex swim cap.


During online registration you have the option to add apparel to your purchase.  Pre-purchasing by November 17 guarantees you will get the style and size that you want.  An onsite camp store will be available during check-in on Saturday with apparel and equipment options.


Campers and coaches will be served Sunday lunch of subs, chips, fruit, dessert item, and drink. If any allergies or specific requests, please let us know.  Campers and coaches are responsible for all other meals.  We will have a snack break during workout on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, so pack accordingly.

Pack Swim Camp, LLC is neither owned nor operated by NC State University. Camp is open to any and all entrants of qualified age.
